Do you take a percentage of my payments?: No. Invoxium's platform fee is 0%. Stripe charges its own processing fee on each payment at its published rates, and that goes to Stripe — we do not add to it or take a share.
What happens after the 30-day trial?: Your organisation drops to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. If you are over the 3-client limit, your account becomes read-only — you can always view and export your data, but you cannot create or send new invoices until you subscribe or reduce your client count.
What if I cancel?: Cancelling is not deletion. Your paid plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for, and then the same Free-plan rules apply. Your invoices and payment records remain intact and exportable.
What if a payment to you fails?: You keep full Pro access for a 7-day grace period while we retry. Fix the card in that window and nothing changes.
