We charge a flat fee. Never a percentage.

Most invoicing tools profit from your payments. We don’t — 0% is the business model, not a promo.

The standard model looks free until you get paid: the vendor takes a slice of every payment that flows through the software, so the more you earn, the more they make. Invoxium’s slice is zero — on the checks and transfers you record today, and just as zero if you choose card payments when we offer them. We keep the ledger straight; the subscription is our whole business.

Statuses aren’t labels you set — they’re derived from the payments you record, so they can’t drift from the truth.

Partial payments are first-class. Record $500 against a $1,250 invoice and it reads Partially paid — not an asterisk in a spreadsheet cell. Record the rest and it’s Paid, with the whole trail kept.

Overdue takes care of itself, too — it appears when the due date passes and clears the moment the balance does.
